GardenFest of Lights: Behind the Scenes Connections- Zoom Tour

Many connections occur before Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights opens (Lewis Ginter). Networks of staff and volunteers merge their talents to plan the event, create hundreds of lighted forms, install miles of lights and prepare for opening night. Go behind the scenes to learn how the Garden quickly pivoted to implement an outdoor event filled with community favorites – peacock, dragon, giant flowers, animals and even sea creatures. Learn how volunteers – the Basement Buddies – go from chicken wire to light-filled forms that bring wonder and sparkle to visitors’ eyes.
