Flavored by Nature: How To Infuse Oils, Vinegar, and Spirits with Fruits and Herbs

Learn how to impart natural flavor into homemade salad dressings, marinades, dips, sauces and more!

This October members of the Bedford Area Master Gardeners Association will be visiting our libraries to teach us how to create infused oils, vinegars, and spirits using herbs and fruits.

Participants will learn about the food safety procedures involved in creating the various types of infusions and will receive recipe suggestions for different infusion
combinations they can create at home.

The Master Gardeners will also be providing a variety of infusions for participants to sample.

(Spirit infusions WILL NOT be provided.)
